If I have to go into the bank to ask the illiterates, I might
have a nervous break down.

I've closed my Credit's decades ago, and I don't
want an account that can loot my bank.
Can I isolate paypal from my bank account?

What's the minimum starting payment?
What are transaction costs?
What are potential hidden problems?
What about forex restrictions for small sums?

== TIA.

Ask PayPal.
No 'PayPal' in Joburg telephone directory.
I shouted, but the neighbours said "SHUT UP"!

After shouting back at the neighbours to f**k off,
use your computer and direct it to PayPal via the www.
Thereafter, approach their information department very diplomatically,
Then after saying 'actually infact' about three times and stuttering on the
first word,
scratch the top of your head with your middle finger, look confused, stare
at the ground,
forget what you were actually going to ask them, then say 'well um ahh'
twice.
If all else fails, blame it on 'the legacy of the past'
Hope that helps.

Why start a new thread with a different header?
My prefered Client 'updates' the subject by default.
Which I could change.
As indeed I needed to reprogramm it when the ONE ISP added
TxAuthorisation. [ Always have plan B & C in new-SA].
But I think it adds information, without subtracting any;
since AFAIK, theading does NOT follow the Subject.
Altho' it's not in the RFC, the original programmer did nice
clean maintainable codeing, and I respect his decision.

OTOH I MAY well have started a new thread, because I lost the
previous one.

I don't use an 'application centered' approach, where the news
threads are contoller by an app.

I use a project approach [data centered instead of program centered]
where the PROJECT has it's location in the dir-tree, and apps like
mail, USEnet, pdf, fax, sound ...etc. serve [come to] the project.

So I lack the 'control' of a regimented news-reader.

This reply appears in a third thread.
